Visible from I-91 to commuters and visitors from all over, our blue dome with its gold stars and rampant colt is the original home of Samuel & Elizabeth Colt’s world-famous Colt’s Patent Fire Arms Manufacturing Company.

Our unique 17-acre property features 10 distinct buildings, all being restored to the National Park Service standards. Our authentic industrial renovations offer beautiful, modern spaces where you can live, work, learn & play. Our apartments in Hartford are one of a kind and a great place to call home.
